"I’m really disappointed with my experience at this State Farm. I don’t usually leave reviews, but it was negative enough that I ended up switching State Farm provider's altogether. I’ve had some good experiences here. Bruno was great when helping me with coverage for my engagement ring, but things went downhill once I was transferred to Tommy. While he was somewhat helpful at first, communication was slow and I constantly had to follow up just to get quotes or updates. When issues came up adding my fiancé to my policy, he couldn’t clearly explain anything and would say things like, “oh that’s the underwriters job I don’t really know,” which was frustrating. I went over a month without proof of insurance, neither physically nor in the app, even though I was paying for it, and only got help after mentioning switching agents. Things continued to get worse. He was unclear, seemed annoyed by questions, and failed to follow through on quotes for additional vehicles. After I specifically asked to work with someone else, he still contacted me and opened the call by saying, “So I heard through the grapevine that you’re really mad at me,” which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. At that point, I decided to switch providers. Even after switching, he called me again in a rude tone, questioning my decision and acting like he had done nothing wrong. When I asked to speak to a manager, his response was, “You’re welcome to call back anytime, good luck with that,” which was dismissive and inappropriate. When I did call the front office and told them I wanted to speak to a manager, she told me Robert would call me back, but he never did. You may have a fine experience here, just hope you don’t get Tommy."
