Overall, we saved money with both our home and auto which always feels good during this time of year. I would definitely recommend Todd. Truth be told, we have been in contact with Todd since August of 2023, and at that time I know their rates came in like $20 cheaper. Not each month, but just overall. And I just couldn't justify the hassel of changing insurance for $20. However, periodically, Todd would reach out to us, but the greatest thing about it was he PERIODICALLY reached out. I know that can be subject, so I would say maybe 2 to 3 (I am honestly thinking 3 might be too high) times since August 2023. Most sales people will bombard you with phone calls and emails, but this was subtle, very subtle IMHO. That is just an example of how patient and understanding he is. Definitely a great experience working with Todd and State Farm."
